Sharon is a dedicated and passionate daycare owner with over 10 years of experience caring for children and over 20 years professional experience in public service and advocacy.  She is committed to creating a safe, engaging and nurturing environment that allows children to grow and thrive.  She believes in the importance of early childhood education and is dedicated to helping children develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills. Sharon is committed to delivering high-quality care and education that meets the unique needs of each child.

Life long resident of Gary Indiana. With over a decade of experience in child care education and development, Shritha McGrone has a deep commitment to fostering a love of learning. She creates a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment that allows children to grow and explore. Committed to building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive community. Ensuring that each child receives the best possible care and attention. Certified in CPR, First Aid and Child Development Associate.
